The curse has given her the ability to help others conquer their greatest personal struggles, but it also comes with a torturous price. As the rush of helping people starts to outweigh the pain of the consequences, LJ moves toward acceptance. She considers it a gift and a possibility to make up for the way she treated people in her past.

Ben pushes on to find an end to the curse despite LJ's reluctance. With reasons linked to her Aunt Janine's memory loss, Ben fears the real consequence are far worse than LJ's current symptoms. His love for her drives his need to protect her, even if it means hiding the next piece of the well's mystery.

When LJ finds what Ben has kept secret, she may never forgive him.

Will he lose her heart before he has a chance to save her mind?

*Interview with J.M. Miller*

Thank you for taking the time for this interview!
No problem! Thanks for having me.

I thought we could start with all-too-common question, what inspired you to become a writer?
I wrote poetry in high school, but nothing serious. I guess the real itch to write novels came while I was reading a book and started considering what I would've have done differently. Then the ideas just started popping up and I couldn't stop them.

Do you have an all-time favorite author(s) and/or book(s)?
I can't really say a favorite author. I love so many, especially my Indie friends! And even though it's still hard to have just one favorite book, I do have one that always sticks with me. The Count of Monte Cristo by Alexandre Dumas.

What is the inspiration/idea behind The Line That Binds series?
I wanted to do something paranormal, though something a little different.  I'm sure there are many stories involving wishing wells, but it's not something you see all the time in the paranormal world. I also put my own spin on the idea.

How many more books in the series can we expect?
The Line That Breaks is actually the conclusion, so just 2 books. If anything happens in the future, it will be a prequel of sorts. I'm not making any promises, though.

What are you currently working on? What can we, readers, expect in the near future?
My next WIP is heading in a different direction. It's a new adult romantic suspense. It's still in the very early stages. I'm hoping to have it out before August, but I'll probably need a lot of luck and a lot of caffeine to make that happen because I'm a slow writer.

When you're not writing, what are you doing?
I'm a bit of a hermit. I do love adventure and to go exploring, but I'd usually rather stay home with my family or go vacation with my extended family, who live pretty far away.

Chocolate or vanilla?
Vanilla, unless it's something yummy like M&Ms.

I have a lot of friends who are aspiring writers, what advice would you give them?
Write. Read. Write. Research. Write.
Write and read whenever you can. When you can't do one, do the other. And when you can't do either, observe. Observe and take notes, preferably on pieces of paper, napkins, or your phone's note app so you don't forget later like I always do. Listen to conversations, watch interactions, observe it all. It will enhance your writing. Research information for your stories and for your career.  It's not an easy business. There are challenges no matter what path you choose, Indie or Traditional publishing, but keep at it and go for what you want!

Thank you again for taking the time for this interview!
Thank you!

**About the Author**
As a kid, J.M. Miller spent a majority of her time outdoors, healing from more splinters and road rash than paper cuts. She first discovered her love of writing in high school where she penned poetry for extra credit in English class, and even braved the anxiety of open-mic night at a local coffee shop. Life soon followed, with a couple of careers, marriage, and the birth of her daughter. The urge to write again came somewhere between changing diapers and potty training, this time calling for more than a few lines in a messy composition notebook.

She is a military spouse, and a veteran herself, who finds inspiration in the people she’s met and the places she’s lived and traveled. She enjoys the time she spends lost inside her own mind, usually accompanied by a bowl of popcorn and a steamy, oversized mug of tea.
